The 3-hour Introductory Class was on Friday evening, with Saturday being the first full fast day. Everyone got off to a good start and were cruising along during the day. But I cautioned the Students, that Saturday evening might be the toughest of the fast (from a temptation standpoint). Sure enough, several reported today wanting to quit last night, but they stuck with it and were very grateful.
A couple of students reported already passing "ropes" (the putrified, dark-colored mucoid plaque, sausage-casing type material in the small intestine, which has built up over decades, starting in infancy after transitioning from mamma;s milk to Standard American diet of cow's milk, white flour, sugar (all excess mucous producing foods). These ropes break apart and slough off during the fast because of the juices, herbs, enzymes, etc. in our Program. It passes into the colon, where it is rinsed out using enemas and colonics). More students will experience this in the coming days.
Some students are sleeping long hours and very well. Some had minor nausea or headaches, but these are already resolving. One student had severe pain in the back of both upper legs last night, but this was better today. I applied Young Living Pan-Away oil and had her lay on the BioMat for 30 minutes. That really helped.
Today's class material included the chapter on Emotional Release and Forgiveness. It was a very powerful session and, after class, I applied Essential Oils to several of the students, along with prayer, and there was further release.
I had an awesome experience before class today, with one of the Juice Only Students. She has done our program many times, but has a had a special experience this time. She has been through prolonged personal stress for decades and had some resolution 6 months ago. Focusing on herself and her complete healing, this is her third fast in the past 6 months. The other fasts offered good physical release, but during this one, she is finally experiencing significant emotional release. I also anointed her with Essential Oil (frankincense), we shared a prayer and the tears flowed as we acknowledge them with joy. It was awesome.
Today was Kidney-Bladder flush day. Looking forward to hearing the student's reports tomorrow. Tomorrow night will be Liver-Gallbladder flush night.
I never get tired of teaching this class!
