One of my favorite recipes was the Creamy Corn Chowder. Ingredients: garlic, sweet onion, lemon juice, several varieties of sweet peppers, sweet corn cut from the stalk during class, basil and diced tomato. We blended 2/3 of the ingredients creamy and folded in the other 1/3 diced. We stirred in some sprouted baby green lentils. YUMMY!
