Daily Dietary Plan for Raw Food Cleanse
Before Noon Daily Intake: Choose One
1) 32 oz Green Juice
2) 32 oz Green Smoothie
3) 16 oz Green juice or Smoothie followed by low glycemic load whole fruit
4) Fermented Vegetable such as Kim Chi or Saurkraut with Avocado and Hemp Oil
5) Blended Almond Drink
6) Coconut Kiefer
Midday Meal : Choose One
1) a) 8-16 oz Green juice AND
b) Salad (seasonal vegetables and raw dressing with soaked nuts, or avocado or sprouts)
2 ) Blended Raw Energy Soup from Recipe List with raw (dehydrated) Crackers
3) Coconut Kiefer over Fresh fruit
4) Fermented Vegetable with Avocado and Hemp Oil
5) One item from Breakfast menu
6) Raw Entrée from Recipe List
Snacks - Only eat a snack when you are truly hungry otherwise wait until your next meal
- Fresh cut vegetables
- Fresh Fruit
- Vegetable juice
- Coconut Kiefer
- Raw nuts
- Herbal Tea
- Raw Nut Milk
Evening Meal: Choose One
1) Vegetable juice and Large Green salad with sprouts, vegetables and raw dressing
2) Blended Raw Soup
3) One Entree from Raw Recipes Provided
4) Choose 1 morning meal
5) Choose 1 Midday Meal
6) Choose a Raw dessert from Recipes (Limit desserts to 3 times per week maximum)
Notes:
During the Raw Food Cleanse desserts are discouraged however, low glycemic suggestions have been
made in the recipe section of your notebook
Herbal and detox teas may be enjoyed at any time (see recipe list for alkaline teas). Eliminate coffee, black
teas and alcohol
Napping for 1 hour midday and being in bed by 10 pm for sound sleep is recommended
30 minutes of walking or other light exercise per day to move the lymph system
Stop all eating by 7 pm (or earlier) for full digestion and absorption during sleep
Digestive Enzymes, Probiotics, B-12 and Systemic Enzymes are recommended as well.
