Specialized Massage: We each have different needs, so each session is tailored to address your uniqueness

Feet Treet:  Warm Foot Soak using your favorite essential oil, followed by exfoliation and finished with a
reflexology treatment on the hands and feet.  The head, neck and shoulder areas are treated during the soak.

Castor Oil Pack:  Wool cloth is soaked in castor oil and placed over the abdomen with warm pad.  Meanwhile,
extremities are massaged.  After pack is removed, abdomen is massaged.  This therapy helps to increase
circulation, promote elimination, alleviate colon impaction, stimulate the liver, gallbladder and pancreas ($10
surcharge for castor oil pack, which you may take home for future use).

Prenatal Massage: A safe, healthy and helpful massage for the expectant mother.  A relaxing, comforting
session with special consideration to the specific soft tissue changes associated with pregnancy.  A unique body
system is used so mom can safely lay face down.  Our natural products make this a truly wonderful treatment.

Dry Skin Brushing:  Our skin is our largest organ and a major avenue for the elimination of toxins.  This simple,
safe and effective treatment helps remove dead skin, stimulate the body electric and move the lymph system.  
Massage is included.

                Private session, group sessions, or presentations available.
Infant Massage:  As a certified infant massage instructor, I am aware of the numerous benefits of touch to our
newborns, infants, toddlers and adolescents.  Touch releases growth hormones, helps with elimination,
respiration, circulation, teething, gas, self esteem, respect, trust and many addictions of our society.  $50/hr.

Comfort Touch:  This specialized modality is designed for the elderly, critically ill, frail or Hospice patient.  It
addresses their physical and emotional needs.  Creates relaxation and relieves pain.  A acupressure type of
touch that omits harmful gliding of the skin.  $40 per hour


                                 Services provided at your location:
On-Site Chair Maggage:  I will come to your event and offer your guests a relaxing chair massage.  Great for
family, friends or employees.) $60 per hour, 2 hour minimum)

Home Foot Spa:  be a Host or Hostess and invite your friends over for a party.  A foot soak with herbs and
essential oils.  Reflexology session with a foot and leg massage.  (Half hour per person for $30.  4 person
minimum.  Host session is free with five friends or more)
