You Need to Buy or Make:
You'll be drinking at least 10 drinks each day from this kit, but we
suggest you make or buy (at your local juice bar) the following:
Body Work & Colonics
As described in the Student Manual, we highly recommend body
work (massage, reflexology, biofeedback, accupuncture, etc.) during
the fast. This helps release toxins, clear the lymph system, and
restore energetic/electrical balance.
Professional Colonics are not required (we include a High Enema kit
and instructions), but are most effective for clearing matter out of the
colon, toning the colon and allowing the body to release additional
matter from the small intestine.

- Raw (blended vegetable) Soup on Friday Night
- 2 organic veggie juices/day (12 oz. servings)
- 1 oz. fresh wheatgrass/day
- Organic apple juice to prep for liver/gallbladder flush
- (12 oz. per day for 1st three days, divided amongst powdered
drinks, with added water)
